Good morning folks, The 10.5.2 update includes a change to Core Data (the system data storage service that Yojimbo uses) which requires SQLite to perform a rebuild of any existing data stores (created on OS versions prior to 10.5.2). Unfortunately, for large data stores this process can take a while, and there's no up-front feedback as to what is happening.
Please just let Yojimbo run and *do not* force quit it; once the rebuild is finished, Yojimbo will respond normally again.
