It is a third party plugin downloaded from here, http://www.devon-technologies.com/products/freeware/services.html If you have never installed it than it should not be a worry at all. PDF2RTFService is useful for the thing that it does, but Yojimbo is more important to me. I archived PDF2RTFService and removed it, restarted, and Yojimbo completely recovered.
