It would be great.

But from what I see so far, as a very new person here, it appears that  
the developers have a very definite mind of their own as to what YJ  
should do, and/or, not do.  Maybe I'm wrong, but they don't seem to  
pay much attention to the desires of their user base.


I've still got 3 weeks left on my Demo copy, so I'll just see how it  
goes. So far, I am impressed, but would sure like to see some of the  
suggestions I see here implemented.


I sent them an email requesting hierarchical folders/collection, and  
was told that is not going to happen. I wonder why? Doesn't anyone  
else want this feature too?


Oh well...???

The factory default smart collections (see the Smart 
Collections item on the View menu) do something very much like 
that; does that do the job for you?
