Suddenly I am not able fetch few packages from mach environment.
mach apt-get install gnome-panel gnome-doc-utils tells that there is no such
package and I checked in the buildserver, the packages are present.
Here is the output,
mach apt-get install perl-XML-Parser pkg-config
Regarding Mail Client, when we make Gnome stable, we have Evolution. As far
as mail clients, I have used Evolution and its a wonderful and powerful one
:)

mach apt-get update
then repeat the install:
mach apt-get install gnome-panel gnome-doc-utils
