Try rm /var/lib/rpm/__db* and
rpm --rebuilddb
than rpm -qa

well i'll try to make a summary
installing kdeutils forces u to install newer python but it doesn't upgrade ur
python-xml which causes the problem with smart
in my case i just upgraded python-xml and it work
well it works in console smart --guit doesn't work now because it says
"error: System h
