Berita ini kami ambil dari *The Guardian* : Seorang polisi yang berhadapan dengan penyerang-penyerang Mumbai saat memasuki pusat Yahudi mengatakan penyerang-penyerang tersebut berkulit putih. "Aku memasuki bangunan pada tengah malam," ujarnya. "Dan aku kaget, ternyata mereka berkulit putih, aku kira mereka akan terlihat sama denganku. Mereka menembak tiga kali dan aku membalasnya 10 tembakan," lanjutnya. Dari *BBC* : Penyerang Café Tidak jauh dari seberang kota, Judith Rosa, seorang guru Jerman dari Vienna, telah selesai melihat video musik yang dinyanyikan dua penyanyi India, dia berjalan melewati pasar di Colaba, pusat kegiatan turis di Selatan Mumbai bersama teman wanitanya, Valentina. Dia mengatakan, saat sedang membeli pepaya, dia melihat tiga orang di tempat parkir motor, mereka mengeluarkan "senjata besar". "Mereka menggunakan jeans putih dan T-Shirt. Mereka mulai menembak, membuat gelisah orang-orang yang berada di sekitar," jelasnya. "Aku menjatuhkan kantong belanjaanku dan segera menuju hotel di mana aku menginap.
