Robertson and Other Evangelicals Support Israel's Gaza Action

VIRGINIA
BEACH, Va. - The Rev. Pat Robertson and other evangelical Christians
are defending Israel's invasion of Gaza as a necessary response to end
Hamas missile attacks.
On Monday's "700 Club" program, Robertson said, "It's a terrible
situation there." But he added that Israel "has got to finish this job."
Also supporting the Israeli action is Christians United for Israel.
On the group's Web site, executive director David Brog says Christians
should pray that the invasion will bring peace "to all Israel, and to
every Palestinian who dreams of a better life."
The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is stressing
what it calls Israel's right to, in its words, "defend and protect
innocent Israeli citizens from rocket attacks."
