Hi Charles,

Zammad is doing the following procedure to configure successful an email 
account.

1) Verify if incoming (IMAP  or POP3) is working (based on auto detected 
settings or on manuell entered settings).
2) Verify if outgoing (SMTP or Sendmail/Postifix) is working (based on auto 
detected settings or on manuell entered settings).
3) Sending and email via outgoing channel to incoming channel and verify if 
this email arrived in the incoming channel (IMAP/POP3).
4) Try if an external email address is accepted on outgoing channel to 
reach external recipients.

-=> I guess in your case 3) is failing. Can you try to connect to your 
godaddy account via an regular mail client and start the Zammad config 
procedure again? Can you see the email of case 3) in the inbox of your 
godaddy account?

PS: Folder "" and "Inbox" are the same in IMAP (should work with both, in 
case just use "").
