Hi,
I work as Agent with Zammad and want to response to customers by just using 
my E-Mail Program. I get an "Update-E-mail" if something changes in the 
Ticket. Now i want to response on this E-Mail that way, that the customer 
gets my response as E-Mail. But my response is just written in the ticket 
and the customer canĀ“t read what i responsed. Is there a way that he gets 
an ticket update by email with my answer in it?

I would appreciate an answer
