Hello, we are just starting with zammad. First impressions are great....
Now we want to trigger some spam mails as "Tag spam". Subject ist "Frage zu ......... (x...@mail.ru)". Our question now is how we can filter/trigger for "Frage zu*mail.ru". At the moment I couldnt find the a documentation for placehodlers in triggers?
