If I have a defined CN of users to be in a customer role "lets say" All
employees, and a seperate CN with the "Agents" as Zammad defined agent role
are there problems because in both zammad groups are "same users"?

Hi Cengiz,
per default in the admin user list are only last 50 created users are shown.
Just search for it and you will see that you have all users in your system.
