The failure was not easy to detect (for me), but easy to remove ... Elastisearch needs more memory. I setup the Virtual machine with 1536 Mbytes -> if you follow this Guide it needs more :) -> https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/guide/current/hardware.html
