Hi Alex,

At this point, general Swahili.

Might it be possible for users to enable or add languages without 
administrative rights? Have several other languages am interested in 
that are not enabled that may need to be added later - not all will 
likely be able to  have all features in Zanata enabled. Is there also 
more documentation on translation memory?

Not sure if its correct but I found official language code and name 
for *Kiswahili *is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swahili_language. Is 
that something you can verify?
Also for *Swahili, *there's country specific code for it. SW-Kenya, 
SW-Tanzania, SW-Uganda, Congo, or just general SW. Let me know the 
correct one and I will enable it in Zanata.

New language needs to be added by Zanata admin before its available for
translation. Are you referring to translate.zanata.org?
