Actually Greg, I had added my name to this one earlier and then Ashley 
had jumped in before me for hoppination.

Vine order should be:

(US)   ?

Not sure who has precedence in jumpination/hoppination between 
hemispheres, but I'm sure if it goes to the Americas there will be 
plenty more legs before it can make it to the antipodes.
