Yes he obviously doesn't understand that EZT
has higher criteria than most bittorrent tracker sites. Their rule is never
officially released. Out of production doesn't mater. I've even known them to
ban a recording that had entered the public domain due to age just because some
enterprising company took advantage of the public domain status to
make an official looking release. Similar to what I've seen lately with old
superman cartoons. Certainly once a thing enters public domain it stays there
and a retail release that's free of copyright payment shouldn't change that.
The truth is I half expected this to be
banned from EZT. They don't penalize a user for having a torrent banned though
so I decided to give it a try. There is a VCD version on there that started all
this. Not as nice as the one I made for this vine but they've been allowing it.
Sometimes I wonder if EZT isn't run by FZ fans. They seem to stretch the rules
for his works. They have allowed The Dub Room for a long time for instance.
Maybe the mail order sales from Barfko Swill in the eighties just don't count as
official releases?

It's long out of print, so there shouldn't be a problem with the
legal status of this
torrent.For further Z-related
