Go to SaveTube.com - Copy the URL in the Video to Save box - click Go and
then click on the link that will appear.? Save to file and then rename file
once downloaded to a .flv extention.?

Or, alternatively - and much easier, I think - go to:

And it will convert 'on the fly' the FlashlFLV file(s) to AVI files, and
then download them for you. And it's pretty quick as well!
