You need to rebuild zathura against the new girara. As long as you see these messages, the zathura binary is still linked against girara 0.2.3. Oh, I'm really f***ed now. I'll giv a lecture tomorrow, and zathura partially obscures the document... As described here [1,2]. Can this be configured away? Downgrading gtk is not an option for me.
