tried the patch, but the problem remains, although I didn't know what you want
me to do regarding the MAC addr.
> (preferably modified with your own MAC addr).
Btw., the patch command I used was
patch -p0 < patchfile.
I mention this, because I'm not too familiar with the patch and diff commands.
I'll put the debug info into the next mail, because I forgot to save it to
disk this time.
