It errors out when you do an 'ifconfig' subsequently. My firmware files are located in /lib/firmware/zd1211/. thanks for the reply. I am unable to get the belkin wifi dongle work on my ARM target board.I have described my complete steps.Any advise appreciated. 1.Is there any other known kernel patches that I can apply? 2.Is something wrong with my USB subsystem? 3.I have tried various cable length/with and without hub.Any other ideas?
