Zeitgeist isn't supposed to automatically start at login. It starts as
soon as some other application wants to use it (ie. using D-Bus
activation).

Bug description:
Zeitgeist and Parental Control dont start at login yet.
Parental Control will auto startup unless told to stop by the GUI.
