the bug solved after some testing with guidance from mhr3 in irc. i had to delete the fts.index using this instuctions https://bugs.launchpad.net/synapse-project/+bug/705944/comments/1 now the note's title apper in synapse and 'opening it with the default application' it opens the note with tombo
