Change scope options.

Bug description:
Scope options should be a little simpler.
Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, All Time
Also, the options should not wrap. It should become insensitive at the ends.
So, + would never reduce the scope to "Today" and - would never increase the
scope to "All Time"
