Currently the chome plugin installs itself somewhere weird, under
${datadir}/opt. It would be nice to provide a configure option to be
able to customize the directory we want to install the plugin in (say
give the base direcoty of chrome/chromium).

The configure script bails out if rapper is not present or if python-
rdflib can't be imported. Those two packages are only useful to generate
a couple of files and the generated files are included in the tarballs.
It would nice no to mandate those two things then.
