Public bug reported:
The provided Emacs package for the Zeitgeist integration does not exactly
follow the requirements of an ELPA package. The first line is not formatted
properly and a Version info is missing. See

specification and
https://github.com/milkypostman/melpa/pull/591#issuecomment-15043161 for the
initial request of this fix.
The attached patch should fix these problems.
