If you are using zekr.exe, a zekr.ini is required. If you use zekr-64.exe, rename zekr.ini to zekr-64.ini.
I've just updated zekr.exe and zekr64.exe here<http://sourceforge.net/projects/zekr/files/extras/>. Please download them and try again.
