If you are using zekr.exe, a zekr.ini is required. If you use zekr-64.exe,
rename zekr.ini to zekr-64.ini.
I've just updated zekr.exe and zekr64.exe
herehttp://sourceforge.net/projects/zekr/files/extras/.
Please download them and try again.

Salaam,
There is a known incompatibility issue with Java 7 and to
zekr.exe/zekrc.exe which causes the following error on Windows:
*This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not
found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.*
This relates to our exe file provider project, WinRun4J, and was fixed in
its 0.4.3 release. To fix it, you have three options:
1. Download either of the following files and replace it on your own
zekr.exe:
- zekr.exe 32
bithttp://sourceforge.net/projects/zekr/files/extras/zekr.exe/download
.
- zekr-64.exe 64
bithttp://sourceforge.net/projects/zekr/files/extras/zekr-64.exe/download
(rename
it to zekr.exe after download).
2. Use Zekr portable version.
3. Use zekr.bat instead of zekr.exe or zekrc.exe.

Mohsen
thank you for your help
but neither the files have worked , it keeps telling me (failed to find
ini file )
