Salaam, There should be two buttons on the upper-right (or left, if you are using an RTL language pack) of your Zekr window, which enlarges/reduce font size. If you have problems with these buttons, you can change font size through Tools > Options > View > quran_fontSize. See: http://zekr.org/wiki/Unicode_Quran_fonts#Change_font
