I was wondering if there is any way to add English or Urdu commentary
into the text area like we can add newer translations. I see that
there are Arabic translation already added in there. So in the same
way how can we add english and urdu or any other language.

you can add traslations in English, Urdu or many other languages.
Steps to follow:
1. Download traslation from this site:
http://zekr.org/resources.html#translation
2. Start zekr application
3. Goto Tools -> Add -> Translation...-> locate the downloaded
