For Example
-download ur.maududi.txt from http://tanzil.net/trans/
-save this text as "ur.maududi.txt"
-create a folder "ur.maududi.trans"
-move "ur.maududi.txt" in to the folder "ur.maududi.trans"
-create a file "translation.properties" in folder "ur.maududi.trans"
-open the file "translation.properties"
-insert the following text

# Zekr translation descriptor. See http://zekr.org/wiki/Translation for 
more info.
version=1.0
lastUpdate=16-08-2010

id=ur.maududi
copyright=Unknown

country=pk
language=ur
direction=ltr

encoding=UTF-8
file=ur.maududi.txt

lineDelimiter=\n

localizedName=Maududi's translation
name=Abul A'ala Maududi

signature= 
--------------

-compress the files in the folder the folder "ur.maududi.trans" to 
"ur.maududi.trans.zip"
-add your translation in Zekr.

if you get error message ignore it
