There is no problem with these recitations. This is the way reciter stops
on a place and start from the previous valid start point (all relates to *
waqf* rules).

Is it mistake in some recitations in surah #103 (Maher Al-Muaiqly,
Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais), Al-Ajmy? ayat#3 is double recited or it's
should be so?
