Salaam, This is not right. If you search for سم using basic search, it also gives your بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم, but not necessarily as the first result. Try to navigate through results, and you'll find all occurrences of بسم الله using this query.
If you want to see them as the first results, change "Sory by" to "Natural Order" and set sorting "Descending".
