You can replace the name of site with its actual ip if the site supports it 
meaning the name server for that site is configure to allow by IP.  I tried but 
didn't work: I haven't tried the following but give this a try similar to ISPs 
blocking piratebay:

For others that would like to use the Google Cache trick I mentioned earlier
