Lin of Sitting Chan.
On our website, you shall find 3 of the 36 Motion Zen taught by
Bodhidharma. I wonder how similar are they to your practice. These
practices are for the preparation of Sitting Chan only.
Our Sitting Chan practice is here.
Welcome and a bow,
Donald

Perhaps you have been multi-tasking
trolling Google could see and decide he

info our resident priest has given, it would be no

where is safe(or private), nor would/should an
individual have the presumption to assume that places
like work, home, the gym or the local Zen temple would
be expected to have a reasonable decorum of safety(and
assume the low-risk aspect you spoke
risk involved(especially
as any entity evolves into a larger more inclusive
subject). Is everyone prepared to assume that risk?
Call me what you will.
