I have tried installing opensolaris 2009.06 and importing the pool, yields the
same results as Solaris 10 U7
The array is configured to use all 24 disks in a radz2 configuration with 2
hot-spares this gives me about 16TB of usable space. The
Version 1.8 of the ZFS test suite was released today on opensolaris.org.

Looks like CR 6411261 busy intent log runs out of space on small pools.

When unpacking the solaris source onto a local disk
on a system running build 39 I got the following
