Anyone have any creative solutions for near-synchronous replication between
2 ZFS hosts?
Near-synchronous, meaning RPO X---0
I realize performance will take a hit.

Create the zpool with:
zpool create name log dev(s) - for the ZIL
zpool create name cache dev(s) - for the L2ARC
