You can try to set some debug flags to help getting debug output: run "nvram boot-args" to get the current settings, then "sudo nvram boot-args="original_contents debug=0x160" (The debug parameter is a bit mask, you can add additional flags if you have your own custom set of flags which you want to also be active.) We have currently two reports of this, one with a panic report showing a crash outside our code. So currently it is unclear why this happens.
