Proven aptitude in reconciling business requirements with testing requirements. Demonstrated validation skills. Ability to comprehend high levels of complex details Ability and willingness to tactfully challenge assumptions and communicate concerns. Ability to problem-solve in time constrained situations Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills Solid Customer management Application Development Team interface skills. Detailed, highly organized and time efficient Experience in varied technology projects throughout all phases. Ability to conduct usability testing. Proven capability to handle multiple situations simultaneously. Airline Application experience a plus. *Nice to have:* Advanced degree in IT, Business, Engineering or other technical curriculum.
