The candidate will frequently act as a project lead, and provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. The engineering team is responsible for designing, testing, documenting and maintaining a complex environment. Knowing how to integrate third-party software into a large-scale production environment is a must. This is NOT a production/administration position, this is a senior engineer position. Candidate must have solid engineering experience, be able to work independently, and must be able to handle all aspects of Blackberry engineering projects, from inception to implementation. The ideal candidate will have had experience with Blackberry, Exchange, Windows Mobile, iPhone and Omniva.
