We have an immediate opening for an experienced Senior SAP Enterprise
Compensation Management consultant, who will be responsible for the system
configuration, testing and production support of the SAP ECM Module to
ensure accurate, timely, complete and proactive results as well as function
as a business process expert to the HR IT manager. Must be a highly
versatile SAP ECM expert for full install of SAP Enterprise Compensation
Management in ECC 6.0 environment. SAP ECM - minimum of 7 years of SAP HR
and/or Compensation Management / ECM design & analysis, business blueprint,
configuration and implementation in multiple projects for large-scale HCM
environments. Document & present Standard SAP compensation functionality to
Project team Analyze/document the current AS-IS master data structure
existing in our environment and recommend the To BE master data structure
required to support the Standard SAP Global Compensation Process. Work with
the SAP Compensation roles required for system security and be able work
with security team to create security roles Produce the technical design
document for the Global Compensation process during the course of
implementation. Lead the project during all phases of the Project Write test
cases for scenario testing and integration testing. Must have hands on
configuration and full deployment of ECM including the following areas:
Budgeting Annual Merit Incentives Full integration with PY, PA Experience in
5.0 or ECC 6.0 implementations or upgrade environments Requirements
Definition/Capture and Documentation of AS-IS, TO-BE processes Design,
Development & Analysis of Functional Specifications Will interact with
Technical Team Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication
skills. Willing to work overtime and to be on ONCALL due to the nature of
the support, must be willing to be on call 24X7.

 

Qualifications:

 

.         2+ full cycle Implementation experience in SAP Compensation Module
in a Global environment with sound configuration experience in other HR
modules like Personnel Administration/Organizational
Management/Benefits/Payroll

.         2+ yrs Experience HR master data to support the SAP Standard
Global Compensation process

.         2+ yrs documenting current AS-IS master data structure existing in
our environment and designing the To BE master data structure required to
support the Standard SAP Global Compensation Process.

.         2+ yrs SAP Standard Compensation roles required for system
security and be able work with security team to create security roles

.         5+ yrs producing the technical design document for the Global
Compensation process during the course of implementation.

.         1+ yrs - Experience in 5.0 or ECC 6.0 implementations or upgrade
environments
