WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN VERITAS CLUSTER SERVICE AND VERITAS VOLUME MANAGER EXPERIENCE ON WINDOWS..... **DON'T SEND REGULAR WINDOWS ADMIN PROFILES.************************ Skill: OS / AD (Primary) / DNS / DHCP Description: ***************** Should have Exchange Server Administration experience preferably with hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment (at-least 100-150 Servers) *Should have Vertias (Veritas Cluster Server and Veritas Volume manager) experience.*** - Installing, configuring and maintaining Exchange 2000, Exchange 2003 servers with knowledge of Exchange 5.5 Servers. - Design and configure the High Availability environment using MSCS or other cluster solutions with knowledge/experience on Storage Devices (SAN, NAS, and DAS) - Good Proficiency in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning - Installation and Configuration of at-least one backup tool for Exchange – Backup-Exec /Net-backup /Arcserve/ Legato - Capacity planning and Fine tune system for optimal performance - Must have good exposure to planning / implementing storage groups. - Should have knowledge if configuring connectivity to other mailing systems and applications. - Must have good exposure of connectors, experience of working in mixed environments with 5.5 servers is an added advantage. - Should have knowledge in OS and AD. - Knowledge/ exposure of Gateways, anti-spam applications, anti virus tools for Exchange. - Knowledge of Exchange Monitoring, Management, Reporting tools is an added advantage. - Should have good communication and customer interaction skills. - Candidates being looked for Track/Team Lead should have good team management and planning skills in addition to sound technical background. - Global exposure would be preferred. - Global exposure in large environments would be preferred. - Onsite transition experience would be an added advantage. - Hands-on exposure on Migration from earlier versions or other mailing systems would be preferred. - MCSE / MCSA with Exchange papers as an elective are fine. Exchange Design / Architecture papers completed are a added advantage.
