Perform ongoing maintenance on the Citrix environment including upgrades, hot fixes. . Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server 2000/2003 and server hardware . Provide technical and end user documentation for Citrix architecture and procedures . Strong customer service skills . Should be working towards industry certifications (CCA, CCEA, MCSE) .
