This role will have the following major duties and responsibilities: ·Liaise with the Legal Department and IT teams to gather and define detailed requirements and functional specifications for the IT implementation project. ·Liaise the Legal Department and IT project management to assist in the initiation, planning, tracking and delivery of projects and work streams. ·Support and co-ordinate system implementations through the project lifecycle (analysis / design, testing, rollout and hand-over) working with other teams on a local and global basis. ·Manage UAT and change management work streams. ·Experience developing training programs and documentation. ·Manage multiple, personal work streams in parallel. ·Ensure all work meets prescribed standards in design and quality. ·Document all work and communications to a high professional standard. *Person Requirements * Education/Qualifications Essential A degree, ideally in Business Management or Law. Min 5 years business analysis experience. This should have included the following: ·Requirements gathering, analysis and functional design using a recognized methodology. ·Writing Business documentation. ·End-to-end lifecycle experience of systems development & implementation projects ·Multi-tasking / balancing parallel workloads *Preferred* Post graduate qualification - either in Business Technology, Business Management, or a MBA *Skills and Knowledge* Essential ·Successful project management skills, with IT and process improvement experience ·Ability to combine strategic/high level thinking with attention to detail ·Proven ability to prioritize and organize own and team workflow ·excellent oral and written communication skills â€" ability to liaise with people at all levels *Main Function * Support the IT Program Manager and IT business team in delivering IT solutions to the Legal Department initially and thereafter extend it to other selected business areas within.
