Submissions that do not include this information may not be considered.** * *Here is the description:* DFI seeks one experienced, full time Project Manager to lead a team in the development of one or more software application systems. This position uses the Microsoft Solutions Framework(MSF) and other methods and practices to organize and manage the efforts of the project team. Well qualified candidates will have experience in project management using MSF or a similar framework, and be well versed in leading teams using the Microsoft .net development environment for web-based application systems. Typical pre-project activities include initial investigation, feasibility analysis, cost benefit analysis and creation of a project charter. Once the charter is approved, the project manager works with the IT Director and others to assemble a team of customers, developers and technical specialists and selects the appropriate methods and procedures to carry out the project. The project manager is then responsible for leading the team through the envisioning, planning, development and stabilization stages. User acceptance testing, post deployment stabilization, and finalization of all documentation necessary to hand off support to the production support team round out the typical sequence of events. Formal training and experience in project management, including the use of a well known systems development methodology are essential. Professional certification as a project manager is desired. Technologies currently implemented include .Net, C#, Visual Basic 6.0/ASP, SQL Server and related web development tools and products. Candidates with a thorough understanding of the Microsoft web development products and tools, project management experience utilizing the Microsoft Solutions Framework, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, and excellent customer service skills will receive first consideration. *Administration - Project Management* Management of medium projects * 4 (Very Strong) of 5 (Expert) and 4+ Yrs.
