Role: SAP CRM lead Duration: 1 year Location: Rosemont IL or Somerset NJ Need locals Must Have Skills: · *At least 1 full life cycle implementation experience with SAP CRM 5.0 version.* · *Minimum of 3 years of working experience with CRM related functions – campaign management, account management, trade promotion, activity management, internet sales, pre-sales activities, and pricing. (Strong preference for campaign management, account management and trade promotion modules).* · *Proven experience in creating business process documents, gap analysis, new solution development, functional specifications, test data creation and testing, test conversion programs and validate conversion loads. Functional expertise to make configuration recommendations. CRM portal experience preferred.* · *Solid understanding of the CRM concept, strategy and processes.
