Location: NY *Personnel Title: Implementation & Training/System Tester* *Assignment or Project Name: EBT & CBIC 3 (RFP # OTDA128)* *Number of Positions: 1 Expected Duration of Assignment: 18 months* *Mandatory Requirements * Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements as contained in the RFP will not be considered for further evaluation: 1. A two-year college degree. *(Pass/Fail)* 2. Two years experience in an IT system testing environment, including test plan development and how to navigate through the test environment, validate test results and report in detail and summary manner to the developer. *(Pass/Fail)* *Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions* Good communication and interpersonal skills (Interview) *(15 points)* **Face to Face Interview Required* 1. At least 5 years experience providing testing support for a large-scale, integrated, card-based electronic payments system, utilizing a mainframe computer with telecommunications, remote equipment and database capabilities (Including developing and executing test plans). 2. At least 5 years experience providing implementation support for the integrated, matrixed environment described in #1 3. At least 5 years experience providing training and troubleshooting support for the integrated, matrixed environment described in #1. 4. At least 5 years experience working with and monitoring Change Management Plans in support of contract requirements. 5.
