Should have prior testing experience in Agile based projects Ability to understand and translate business requirements to test cases. Implement traceability for all the requirements Expertise in browser compatibility testing Experience in testing billing and shopping carts for an e-commerce application is highly preferred Thorough understanding of all the testing phases Functional, System Integration Testing, UAT Expertise in defect management process, defect tracking and resolution, and providing defect status reports Adept in handling complexities and overcoming them with very little supervision Should have Tools Experience Bugzilla or HP Quality Center Should have basic knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries Responsibilities Under little or no supervision the candidate should be able to perform test planning, test design and test execution duties. The tester will communicate with the development and business team and should be comfortable working in a develop and test as we go model.
