*Responsibilities:* Oracle Financial Functional Analyst will independently analyze the requirements and lead for Account Payables functions, Oracle Fed Admin and General Ledger module. Analyze requirements with Centre for Medicaid and Medicare Services, configure Oracle AP, Fed Admin and GL modules, and design Oracle HIGLAS extensions and reports. Independently conduct Conference Room Pilot and be responsible for FIT gap analysis. Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle Sub-ledgers. The analyst will manage several Functional resources under their module. Track and report activities/status in Project Plan using Microsoft Projects.
