*Subject: Business Analyst with SAP and AXS-One -- Jersey City, NJ -- Local Candidates Only* *Title: Business Analyst with SAP and AXS-One experience* *Location: Jersey City, NJ* *Length: 6+ Months*** $25 MAX *KEY EXPERIENCE:* Many of the resumes have been people with *SAP implementation and/or administration experience. Although there are certainly interfaces with SAP, implementation and admin is not part of the requirements. * Our needs are focused more on the financial reconciliation of General Ledger accounts and Accounts receivable. We are looking for a person that can provide production support when premium and commissions are not finding their way to the financial applications *(AXS-One primarily and SAP).* The person should understand how the accounting should occur to the different accounts and communicate the issues directly to our Comptroller. In fact we are considering having our Comptroller or an associate participate in the interview process. The requirements are also for a Business Analysts that can document upstream and downstream business processes to provide support in discovery of new projects and help with building Use case and Test cases. Many of the resumes' seem to meet this condition. The successful candidate will have financial and systems experience. Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data. Analyzes financial and functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data. Prepares definition of financial and functional problems and makes recommendations for software to deliver solutions. Candidate will interact directly with business management. Analyzes and reports financial information to management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Develops analytical reports or other products. Degree in Accounting Principles and Practices preferred. • Experience in *AXS-One Computron or SAP.* • Experience in Microsoft Office products a must, specifically Excel and/or Access • Experience in development of project documentation, testing materials and execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management methodology is a must. • Knowledge of documenting business processes and use cases a plus. • Knowledge of preparing and executing test cases a plus.
