The Systems Analyst is generally involved in the creation of specifications and requirements for Systems development. As needs arise, the Systems Analyst may be involved in maintaining, designing, and building and testing system applications to satisfy business needs of the company. As such, a Systems Analyst generally possesses broad based experience and skills which are often utilized through the project life cycle. They may also possess and apply specific expertise related to business processes or technologies. Work Description: The project needs to acquire a resource to assist with Antler language conversion. The team presently lacks the expertise required with this language to complete the necessary Antler language conversion activities. Specific experience would include: Antler language conversion Work Phases: STATE FARM will provide VENDOR candidate with an initial on-the-job training period of an undetermined length and at STATE FARM's discretion will then transition the VENDOR employee into a full support role. Reports to be Provided by Vendor: There are no additional reports or documentation required outside of the standard Service Management Processes (SMP) and other internal documented standards. Resources to be Supplied by State Farm: STATE FARM will provide all equipment necessary to perform the duties of this position. Vendor is responsible for reimbursement to STATE FARM for any loss, theft, or damage to this equipment Special Requirements: The external associate will provide knowledge transfer to existing team members whenever possible. Recommended activities include: à Providing mentoring and guidance to team members on their areas of expertise à Communicating lessons learned or best practices to team members à Attending and actively participating in Action in Review (AiR) and/or Action Oriented Debrief (AOD) sessions (Lessons Learned sessions) à Submitting lessons learned or best practices for publishing within knowledge repository when the potential for reuse in other areas exists à Creating any documentation necessary to support, sustain, or reinforce knowledge sharing activities and ensuring it is stored where the team can access it if the associate transfers to another assignment.
