Work related skills: * PeopleSoft v8.8 Human Capital Management application environment: * PeopleSoft HCM modules - PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training Administration, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, Message Agent, Query/Crystal; * Experience in a Oracle environment using SQL/PLSQL; * Experience in a UNIX environment including script writing; * Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 process flow for HCM; * Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 database; * Ability to effectively decipher and comprehend both technical and business documentation * Ability to multitask and adjust to changing project schedules and priorities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Prior test automation experience using Rational Robot and/or Mercury QTP very helpful.
